Shipping and Handling Fees
All TatiToys.com products are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS requires a street address for all shipments; UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box.
All shipping costs are provided at cost. No additional charges and/or handling fees are charged.
Different shipping methods are available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note that some of our toys are light and oversized and as such special shipping conditions may apply. Please be aware that some larger items may need to be shipped separately.
When you checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). The shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping cost estimates that appear are calculated assuming all items in the cart are going to one address. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges. The actual shipping cost may be higher if multiple addresses are selected. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Any (local) duties and taxes are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping and handling fee.
Currently, for international orders we provide two shipping options:
- U.S.P.S. Global Express Mail (EMS)
- U.S.P.S. Global Economy Parcel Post (Surface)
Your shipping charges will be a calculation of the weight of the products you order and the destination in which they are being sent.
Order processing:
Usually all orders are shipped within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise, in "like new" condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please note that the return shipping freight charges are your responsibility.
To return a merchandise:
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from TatiToys.com via email CustomerService@tatitoys.com or the toll-free customer service number 1-800-692-3137.
2. Return the product and label the RA number on outside of the box and on the original packing list.
3. Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted) to the following address:

4. Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.
5. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. The original shipping charge is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
