How to Shop?
When you find an item you want to buy, just click on its "Add to Cart" button to automatically place the item in your shopping cart.
At any time, you can empty your shopping cart or take an item out. To remove an item, simply click on the "Remove" button. Always click the "Update" button to permanently change your order in your shopping cart.
At any time you can change the quantity you are ordering, simply fill in the new information and click "Update".
When you finish shopping and have everything you want, click on the "Update" button and then click on "Checkout".
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
How do I Change My Order?
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us or calling our Customer service tall-free number. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we are unable to accept international orders and only ship in the US. We are working on it and hope that soon will be able to provide international shipping as well.
What is an RA number?
A RA number is a Return Authorization number, which you will need to obtain from TatiToys.com via email CustomerService@tatitoys.com or the toll-free customer service number 1-800-692-3137 prior to returning a purchased merchandise. We can not accept any returns without an RA number.
